We accept ARKids First — Arkansas Medicaid for kids — so the I-19 Pathway is the same plan whether your family pays cash, has private insurance, or is on Medicaid. Families travel to us from Harrison, Mountain Home, Yellville, Berryville, Green Forest, and Branson, Missouri.
What ARKids covers at our office
Both ARKids First-A (full Medicaid for children) and ARKids First-B (lower-cost coverage for working families) cover comprehensive pediatric dental care.

- Repair of broken teeth from injury
Orthodontics — covered if medically necessary
Every patient gets an orthodontic evaluation at age 7 as part of the I-19 Pathway. If your child's case is medically necessary, we submit it for ARKids approval.
What you'll pay
If a service is covered by ARKids, you owe nothing at the visit. ARKids First-A has no co-pays. ARKids First-B has small co-pays for some services, but most preventive and restorative dental care has no co-pay even on Plan B.
If we ever recommend something ARKids doesn't cover, we'll tell you up front, in writing, and let you decide whether to proceed. No surprise bills.

- Call our office or schedule online — let us know your child is on ARKids when you book.
- We verify coverage on our end before the visit. Bring your child's ARKids card to the appointment.
- If your ARKids coverage changed recently — new plan, new ID, lapsed and reinstated — let us know at check-in.
